Carl was a member of the 45th Division Army National Guard, he worked for MGR 10 years, and was an ODOT engineer 35 years. He married Shirley Pettigrew May 16, 1958.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Shirley of home, daughter Rebecca Duncan; son Seth and Brianne; grandchildren David and Cheyenne Duncan, Alicia and Andre Sevenstar, Capone Skiles; great grandchildren Raidyn, Nichelle and Landry; Sisters Mary Pooschke of Oregon, Jean and Glen King of Washington, Carolyn and Don Evans of California, and Darlene and Mike Bates of Oregon; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
