We have lost our "Keeper of the Gate". I can just imagine though, that Judy has already been quite busy straightening out the big gates! 

Judy was devoted to her Towne family and we were so very fortunate to have her in our lives for so many years. 

The last time I saw Judy I was fortunate enough to spend a few moments alone with her between other visitors. She had a funny story she was just waiting to tell me and we share a good laugh. She then turned her head to me and put her hand on mine. She said, "don't worry, I have seen that look on your face enough times to know that you are even though you are trying not to show it. I have had a pretty good life. I am going to be ok and you will be too." That was Judy; even in those last weeks of her life she was concerned about one of us.

It was a pleasure to have had Judy as my co-worker, however it was my great honor to have had her as my friend.

Roz, Barry, Marc and Deb; please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Thanks to you all for selflessly sharing Judy with us for so many years.

Judy was the face of TowneBank Mortgage. She was the first person I met when I walked in the door on day one & the first person to greet you every day as the elevator  door opened. Judy was who you went to for everything.  If she did not know the answer or how to fix it she found the person who could. Most of the time it was Judy herself who was the one who fixed us up with whatever it was we needed.  There will never be anyone who could come close to filling her shoes.

TowneBank lost the glue that kept us all together.  You will be missed and never forgotten.  Thanks for the memories.

My deepest sympathy to all of Judy's family. Judy was so gracious to everyone and had such a cute sense of humor. I only worked with Judy for a few years, but used to run into her at Kroger's occasionally and we'd catch up on co-workers and families. We always parted with a hug and a smile. I know she will definitely be missed. God Bless her.

Marc and Barry my deepest sympathy for the loss of your mother who I have always known to be one of the sweetest people I have ever known.  She always had a kind word and a smile on her face.  I have fond memories of her and I enjoyed seeing her over the years either through family events or running into her and her sister Roz at Target. I would say "Hi Mrs. Baker!" and she would correct me.... "Judy, please - call me Judy" and laugh.  I know she will be deeply missed by all that loved her. Just know that she is in a better place free from pain.  She has been taken way too soon but will live in your hearts forever.  God Bless your families through this difficult time.

My thoughts go out to the family. I'm so sorry for your loss. Judy was a wonderful person and I'm going to miss her. I enjoyed working with her over these past few years. I loved talking to her and sharing stories and an occasional joke or two at the front desk. She will be missed dearly.

I did not know Judy for long but I admire her courage and strength. She was a beautiful woman. God blessed us with you.

Judy you never ceased to amaze me with your quick wit and your cunning remarks. You made me laugh when I was down and I appreciated you for that. On the other hand when it was time for seriousness, you would let me know that as well ! There will never be another "Judy Baker" ...not like you !! They say that everyone has a twin or a clone out there, however for you, I would say that you were "one of a kind", and for that, I thank you!   You were a fighter to the bitter end and I hope that you will Rest peacefully Judy as YOU will be missed by All !

I am so sorry, Judy and I became very good friends, and we enjoyed sharing our stories .  We made each other laugh, I will miss her greatly and she will be in my thought and prayers always, Please know how much I share your grief .   You have my deepest sympathy.

Judy was taken from us all too early and we will miss her terribly.  She was a guiding light for so many of us.  We will miss her smile, her friendship, her strength and determination.

I always loved going to the office and seeing this Beautiful woman's smiling face as soon as I stepped off the elevator and turned towards those glass doors to enter.   Ten years ago when I joined the mortgage team Mrs. Judy was the first person I met and was always so helpful to me anytime I needed anything.   I am sure going to miss seeing her and miss hearing her voice when I call but am very grateful I was able to know her for the short ten years that I did.

Your family will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.  This photo of Judy is how I will continue to remember her.....always smiling and there to assist.  Her smile was most contagious.  Her Towne Family depended on her (for everything) and she will be missed more than you can imagine.  Thank you for sharing this wonderful woman with us.  My life has been blessed having known her.
