Antoinette D'Amario

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother at the GNGH on the 31st of July, 2013 at the age of 84. With her loving family by her side, our mother peacefully went into the loving arms of our Lord. We admired her strength and all the love she gave to us. She will be truly missed. Beloved wife of the late Aldo D’Amario (1988). Loving mother of Virginia (Terry) Cahill, and Lydia D’Amario. Cherished Nonni of Michael, Lindsay, Alicia, and Kaitlin Cahill. Antoinette is survived by her loving sisters and brother: Anna (Al Ventura), Angie (Frank Tanzi), Joe Menna, and Yolanda (Joe Bologna). Antoinette is also survived by sisters-in-law Maria D’Amario, Mary Menna, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Lidia and Agostino Menna and stepmother Maria Menna, sister Connie Palumbo, and brothers Tony, Rocco, and Albert Menna.

Family and friends will be received at Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel, 5176 Victoria Avenue on Friday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 12 Noon. Interment in Fairview Cemetery. In memory of Antoinette, donations in lieu of flowers to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
