Andrew Drew Kennedy McAlpine

Peacefully passed away on Saturday August 28th 2010 with his family by his side at the Southlake Regional Health Centre. Loving wife to Sharon (nee: Hammond) for 16 years and predeceased by his first wife Nancy Kathleen (Nee: Jones) 1991. Beloved father to Sandra (David) Chanady, Kevin (Kim) McAlpine. Stepfather to Erin (Jonathan) Bryans, Kelly (Zoltan Kuthy Jr.) Twerdy. Drew will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Robert (Jose) McAlpine, Andrew (Tressa) McAlpine, Hannah McAlpine, Jessica (Chris) Dowding, Aalia and Quinn Bryans and also missed by his many great grandchildren and his sister Nettie (William)Winship and sister-in-law MaryBeth (Roger)Tomlinson. Drew retired from Ontario Hydro after 40 years of service and was a long time member of the Scottish Rite, St. Marks Lodge, Niagara, Port Colborne, Welland and St. Catharines Shrine Clubs.

The family will receive visitors at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL,5176 Victoria Ave. Niagara Falls on Tuesday August 31st from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, September 1st at 12:00p.m. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery. Donations to the Niagara Shrine Club or the Walker Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
