Teng “Dizzy” Vang passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 8, 2019. He was 38 years old. Dizzy was a bold, vocal, and fearless man. He was an extremely strong person on the outside but had a gentle side to him that was rarely seen. Unfortunately, after the loss of his twin brother Blue, his life succumbed to mental illness.

Dizzy was born on December 11, 1980 in San Diego, California to Zang Vang and Chong Koua Vang. He later married Sophia Cha on May 5, 2001. Dizzy grew up and enjoyed raising chickens. He had a deep love for animals and connected to them on a spiritual level. For leisure, he took pleasure in playing soccer with his family, High Speed Chase. His appreciation for soccer led him to coach his children to follow in his footsteps to becoming skilled soccer players. Dizzy was a hard-working mechanic. He was immensely proficient with repairing vehicles. He was a selfless man who offered his time and assistance to help many of his friends. His passion for cars guided him to open his own auto repair garage at home. Times were tough, but Dizzy remained ambitious and determined to succeed. Dizzy truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; hanging out with friends and family, spending time with his children, and singing with his wife. Dizzy had an uncanny ability to connect with people from all walks of life in a deep and positive way. He was often misunderstood, however, rich or poor, he never passed judgement.

He is survived by his wife, Sophia; sons, Logan (16), Memphis (10), and Arsenal (1); daughters, Hailey (13) and Suchin (12); his parents; 7 brothers; and 3 sisters.
