She was born in Norfolk, VA on October 17, 1934 to the late James Wyman and Helen Wooten Batts.
In addition to her parents Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Franklin McRee; and son, Mark Franklin McRee.
She is survived by her daughter, Tracie Wien and husband Kurt; grandsons, Joshua, Erik and Kent Wien.
Gathering of friends will be held at 10 AM prior to the service at the Church.
A memorial service will be held at Beth Eden Lutheran Church Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 11 AM with Reverend Marcus Ollis officiating. Burial is planned for a later date.
