Roy Francis Horn, 76, of Newburgh, IN, passed away Monday, December 4, 2017, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville. He was born in New Albany, IN on October 6, 1941, to the late Francis and Evelyn Horn.
He was a licensed plumber for the EVSC and retired after over 25 years. Roy loved to go fishing with his great-grandson, Connor. He enjoyed golf, bowling and most sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinals baseball and IU basketball.
Roy was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Pat; daughter, Monica Champion (Rich); step-children, Dallas Hopper (Becky), Darlene West, Donna Pettijohn, Darren Meyer; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel officiated by Pastor Stephen Schwambach. Friends may visit 11:00 AM until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
