He was a member of Christian Fellowship Church since 2015 and played trombone with church worship teams at previous churches. Mark worked for many years in the North Carolina furniture industry, going on to work as an engineer in the cabinet and automotive industries. He was also a substitute teacher, which he loved. Mark enjoyed furniture making, refinishing antique furniture, and model railroading. He was an enthusiastic supporter of his granddaughter's participation in the Castle Marching Knights. He was very proud of and loved his family and was a loving follower of Jesus.
Mark was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Lynn (Steinke) Bayuk, and his brother, Dennis Bayuk.
He is survived by his children, Jennifer Parker (Jeremy) of Newburgh, IN, and Christopher Bayuk (Kristina) of Caseyville, IL; granddaughter, Taryn Elizabeth Parker of Newburgh, IN; brother, Phil Bayuk (Cathy) of Lancaster, WI; and sister-in-law, Paula Bayuk of Lake St. Louis, MO.
A Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 13, 2024, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, officiated by Christopher Bayuk, followed by burial at his final resting place in Rose Hill Cemetery. Livestream of the service will be available at www.facebook.com/FuneralStreamUSA. Family and friends may visit Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
