20 yrs.  I am so  sorry to hear about your mother’.   I always looked at your  family as a part of of our family.


Tammy, Dawn and Charlie.  I was thinking of Charlie today and did a google search and found this obituary.  I'm so sorry to here about the loss of Penny.  I had no idea. I drive by the house almost every week and think of you girls and your mom and dad.   I remember the days at Owensboro Ice Rink and at the First Swonder Ice Rink.   Those were the good old days.  I hope this finds you all well and happy again. My how time flies.  I'll say a little prayer for you all and your families. The last time I saw Tammy she  hip checked me and knocked me down when I was standing in the middle of the ice rink at Swonder.  And the last time I spoke to Dawn and Penny was when we met at the Ace Hardware store in Newburgh, IN.  I'll always think kindly of your family.  Penny was such a nice lady.  I'm going to miss her when I drive down Jenner Road from now own.  I know this is late but I just found out about this today.  

We had moved from the Evansville area and just now learned of Penny's passing. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Charles and the family. We remember many happy times with Penny, Charles, Mrs. Simon, Sylvia and the family and will be forever grateful for those wonderful memories. Rest in peace, Penny and we hope to see you again someday.

Penny was a very important person in my life.   Looking back through the many years that we were friends, when something important was happening in my life she was there.  She was always there.  
She never believed how important she was to so many people and how central she was in the metaphysical community even though I told her so.  She was the heart of it.    
My heart goes out to you Charlie and Tammy and Dawn.  Your stories are part of the history of my life and I feel privileged to know them.  
In those startling moments when I think of her and then realize that she has gone on I will hold you all in the Light to try to help ease your sadness and grief. And mine.
I miss her.

I am so sorry to hear this news.  She was one of my first skating coaches and I have so many memories of penny and dawn from my childhood.  Praying for the entire family.

Penny was always so kind and generous to all she met.  I will miss her light in the world.  My heartfelt condolences to her family.

My sympathies for your loss.  Penny was my skating coach many years ago.  I still think of her often.  I always appreciated the time and attention to detail she gave me during our lessons.  She was a special person.

Charlie and Sylvia, I am so sorry to hear of Penny's passing.  I did not know Penny, but as your neighbor for many years, I wanted you to know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Charlie, My condolences to you and your family. I only met Penny a few times when I worked at Bartletts with you, she was very sweet and I know you will miss her dearly. Take care.

Penny was Coach for many years.  For me she was a combination of friend and confidant.  She is the reason I am still skating after all these years.

Penny was my first figuring skating coach, and she really taught me to love the sport. For many years both Penny, Swonder Ice Rink, and skating were huge parts of my life. I have many wonderful memories of Penny, and I thank her for sharing her talent, patience, and time with me.

I am very sorry to hear about Penny.  She taught my daughter, Sarah to ice skate.

I have fond memories of the patience Penny had with her students and what a great teacher she was.
