Fighting against the odds, she braved open heart surgery, lived in 3 different states, traveled over 1000 miles, and touched many lives, all while making our hearts melt with her big blue eyes, cute chubby cheeks and adorable cleft smile. Despite her short life, she challenged people to love and care for others unconditionally by setting aside misconceptions and stereotypes. This elevates her hero status in our book and she will forever be missed.
Amara is survived by her parents, Matt and Catie Tucker; brother, Truett Tucker; grandparents, Ken and Cathy Cooper, Alva and Trecia Tucker; uncles, Casey Cooper (Jackie), Cody Cooper (Chyla), Collin Cooper (Lacy), and Landon Tucker (Naomi); aunt, Brianne Stutzman (Carson) and several fun cousins.
