Paul Lee

Paul Lee - Aka Ching Cui Lee was born in Shanghai, China. He immigrated to USA at age of 15, alone. He traveled the USA from city to city learning the language and a trade. Some cites he traveled where San Francisco, Phoenix, New Orleans, Norfolk, and Dallas. He finally end up in New York City and meet his wife, Gloria. There were married for 60 years before her passing last year. Dad was an awesome Chef, the trade he learned as he traveled and specialized in Kosher Cuisine. He was 91 and lived a full life and will truly be missed. The picture is of him saying "cheese" for the camera. He always thanked everyone and everyone loved him. He lived his life humbly. He leaves behind his loving son Robert Lee;
