Flor DeMaria Florio

Flor Florio, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and wife to Nicolo peacefully passed away on June 18, 2023, after a courageous battle with illness. Her unwavering devotion to her loved ones, always prioritizing their needs and concerns, leaves us with heavy hearts as we bid farewell to an extraordinary woman who touched the lives of many.

Born on May 23rd, 1925, Flor Florio dedicated her life to her family, embodying selflessness and boundless love. Her presence brought strength, compassion, and a helping hand to all who knew her. Flor's innate understanding and kindness added warmth to every situation she encountered, leaving a lasting impact on those around her.

Among Flor's greatest joys in life were her family whom she cherished dearly. She constantly expressed concern for their well-being and happiness. A funeral service will occur Monday, June 26, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Joseph of Yorkville, 404 E 87th Street, New York, NY 10128.

A committal service will occur Monday, June 26, 2023 from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM at St. Raymond's Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Avenue, Bronx, NY 10465.
