Lois Longmire

Lois Longmire, age 89, of New Tazewell, TN, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. She was saved at an early age and was a member of Hubbs Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed taking care of others, cooking, and gardening.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband Ted Longmire. Daughter Jenny Broyles. Son-in-laws Ronnie Broyles, Sr. and Rondy Wolfenbarger. Granddaughter Melissa Broyles. Grandson Ronnie Alan Broyles. Parents Zona and Leroy Loop. 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

She is survived by her children Patsy Wolfenbarger, Gerry Evans, Charles Longmire, and Lisa Duarard. 2 Grandchildren. 7 Great grandchildren. 7 Great-great grandchildren. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday February 26th from 11 until 12 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow in the Burch Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the Burch Cemetery Trust Fund c/o Becky Gordon, P.O. Box # 732, New Tazewell, TN 37824.
