Jimmy Baker

Jimmy Wayne Baker, 80, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016, at UT Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was a lifelong resident of Little Mulberry Community of Hancock County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lillie Mae and Roy Baker; sister, Dora Mae Brooks (Elbert); and brother-in-law, Lester Ramsey.

He is survived by three brothers: Earl (Ethel) Baker of Pound, VA

Charles (Irene) Baker of Tazewell, TN

Larry (Gail) Baker of Cleveland, TN

Three Sisters: Angie Ramsey of Morristown, TN

Lucille Coody (Melvin) of Orange Park, FL

Ruth Archer (Bob) of Ringgold, GA

Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 P.M. Tuesday, December 27, 2016 with funeral service following at 8:00 P.M. at Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell, TN. Interment will be Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in the Liberty Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Chuck Baker, Mark Baker, Travis Baker, Charles Ray Livesay, Ronnie Jones, Jerry Jones, Gary Ramsey and Daniel Ramsey.
