Jean ""Granny"" Miracle

Alma Jean “Granny” Miracle age 85 of New Tazewell, TN was born January 13, 1935 and went home to be with the Lord on December 19, 2020 at the Claiborne County Nursing Home. She was a member of MCM Missionary Baptist Church and was a faithful member as long as she was able. She was the Sunday School Clerk for many years and she loved her church, her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Sheila Miracle; Mother, Mae Phipps; Father, Walter Hendrickson; Grandson, Dustin Embry; Sister, Libby Hentz; brothers, James, Mitchell and William Hendrickson.

She is survived by her sisters: Norma (John) Robertson;

Sue Cupp , Julia Wagner and Brother: J.C. Hendrickson;

Grandchildren: Kelly (Clyde) McDowell of Tazewell, TN;

Brandon Embry of Tazewell, TN;

Great Grandchildren: Kelsey McDowell (Nick);

Allee and Josilyn McDowell;

Great Great Grandson: Zeplyn Treece

And a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Family request that all wear mask and do social distancing for all the services due to the new Covid law.

The family will receive friends Tuesday December 22, 2020 from 5 until 7 P.M. at Coffey Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday December 23, 2020 in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery in Kentucky.
