Charlene “Char” Atkins age 61 of Bean Station, TN passed away surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness. Char made countless friends with her outgoing and friendly nature. She never met a stranger. She worked at different factories, By-Lo Market, and Ritter Farms. Char was born May 24, 1957 in Middletown, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father Bill Coffey, Sisters Ruth and Linda Coffey; brother June Coffey, special niece Christina “Chrissy” Clark, and mother-in-law, Marie Atkins.
Char is survived and will be greatly missed by her loving husband Earl Atkins

Daughter: Tonya (Stanley) Ritter.
Sons: Steve (Mary) Setsor.
Wayne Setsor.
Grandchildren: Jackson, Mollie, Cameron, Kristen, Cheyenne, Connor, Cayson, Jaxx, Izabella.
Along with special family members: Fawn (Randy) & sister Misty (Todd); siblings Shirley (Tom) Brown, Marie (Jim) Bishop, Carol (Greg) Collins, Kay Marshall, Faye Coffey, Mike (Carla) Coffey, James (Joanie) Coffey, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be David Atkins, Eddie Ray Atkins, Jackson Ritter, Cameron Setsor, Chandler Grigsby and Charlie Roach.

The family will receive friends at Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell on Sunday January 27, 2019 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and funeral will be held on 1:00 P.M. Monday January 28, 2019 with burial to follow at Atkins Cemetery in Thorn Hill, TN.
