Arthur loved to fish and hunt.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years Lucille Parks. Mother Bonnie Parks. Father Lincoln Parks. Stepmother Virgie Parks. Brothers Silas, Hubert, Cecil, David, Junior, Wheeler and Clayton Parks. Sister Ellen Noe.

Arthur is survived by his sisters Mae Brooks and Ruth (Basil) Brooks. Brothers Lloyd (Brenda) Parks, Kastel Parks, and Herbert (Sue) Parks. Special nieces "His Girls", Misty Brooks and Angela Massengill. Several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home.

The family will receive friends on Sunday November 3, 2024 from 11 AM until 1 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. A graveside service will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
