Mr. Frank J. Luciano of Scarsdale, NY passed away Monday October 15, 2012. He was 76 years old. Frank was the son of Albert and Pasqualina Luciano and was born in New York City on April 3, 1936. He is survived by his devoted wife Lucy Cucino Luciano and his loving children Albert (Jackie), Christina (Tom) and Suzanne (Lenny) and his nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is also survived by his brother Anthony.
