Lucille Marie Richard (Gill), age 76, of the New Port Richey area, passed away on October 29th, 2023. Born in West Point, New York, on December 7th, 1946. Lucille previously owned and operated Specialty Installations & Sales with her loving husband of 46 years, Larry Richard; whom passed February 2012. She was the daughter of Ester Marie and Frederick H. Gill. She is survived by her daughter, Shelly Richard; son, Phil Richard; granddaughter, Sami; grandson, Austin; great granddaughter, Nova; and brothers, Fred Gill, and Charles Gill. She is finally at peace and back with the love of her life. There will not be any services, for this is what she desired.
