LaRosa, John P. Sr, of New Port Richey, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, at the age of 73. John was born in Camden, New Jersey, and worked as a Mechanical Contractor in the HVAC industry. He proudly served his country as a Marine during the Vietnam War. John enjoyed spending time with his cherished family, playing poker, and a good round of golf with his buddies. In 1966 he met and married his beloved wife, Phyllis, who precedes him in death. Together they are survived by four children; Michaelle Balogh, Margot Williams, John P. LaRosa Jr., and Edward LaRosa, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. For the last ten years John was blessed to share his life with his loving wife Paula, and her two daughters Amanda J. Williamson and Amy L. Williams whom he proudly called his own. This welcome addition to the family added 5 more grandchildren. John is also survived by his brothers, Anthony LaRosa, Jr., and Richard LaRosa, and his sister, Carmella Spina; as well as 12 nieces and nephews.
