Daniel Giddings

Daniel Allan Giddings, age 38, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022 after a long battle with ALS/Lou Gehrig's Disease. Dan was born April 12, 1984 in Dunedin, FL to Ellen Giddings. In Daniels younger years, he played little league baseball. As Daniel got older his hobbies started to include working on Honda Civic Cars, working out, as well as boating and scuba diving with many of his friends. In the last two years of fighting Lou Gehrig's Disease. it didn't stop Daniel from being the adventurous man. Daniel went sky diving which was a big bucket list item for him. In July of 2021 he took a trip to Las Vegas, NV with his mom, sister, son, and two nieces. Throughout his 38 years of living, it included many family events and holidays, but nothing can beat the day of September 8, 2010 when Daniel became a father. Ever since that day and even while fighting a horrible disease, Daniel always had this addictive smile everyone loved. He smiled to the very last day. While 38 years seems like such a short time, Daniel lived his life like it was his last day always.

Daniel is survived by his mother Ellen; His two sisters Melissa and Tina' Daniels son Gavin; His dad Bobby; His nieces and nephews Kasey, Emma, and Brandon; And his great nephew Jaxton. Aunts and Uncles, Mike and Cathy Giddings, Charles Giddings, Pat Epley and many loving cousins. Daniel is preceeded in death by his grandparents Evelyn and Allan Giddings.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 17, 2022.
