On the afternoon of May 17th, 2019 Jeremy C. Eggers of New Plymouth, Idaho, tragically passed away when the loader he was operating slid into a nearby body of water. At the age of 42, this sudden and unexpected passing has caused much sadness, but his family has been comforted by all of the love and support they have received from those who knew him.
Jeremy was born on September 25th, 1976 in Caldwell, Idaho to Ken and Penny (LaCrone) Eggers. He was raised on the family dairy and farm in New Plymouth and graduated in 1994 from New Plymouth High School where he played football and was active in the FFA program. On June 12, 1998, Jeremy married his high school sweetheart, Monica Knee from Fruitland, Idaho. They were blessed with four amazing children. Jeremy was known for his incredible work ethic and spent time working on the family dairy, working for various power companies as a lineman, and he also installed and maintained phones for the Telmate company. Jeremy was an avid fisherman and hunter and was possibly the luckiest man to ever pick up a gun or rod.
Jeremy is survived by his wife of 18 years, Monica; his children, Jordan age 19, Sydney 17, Xander 12, and Eli 10, his mother Penny LaCrone, his father Ken Eggers, his sister Jennifer Hergert, and his nephew Austin Sobralski.
We thank you all for your love, support and prayers in this difficult time. “The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18
