Zelda Eiserloh Reuter was born on November 16, 1920 and died June 6, 2017 at ninety-six years of age. She attended St. Joseph’s School in New Orleans and worked as a secretary at the US Department of Agriculture until her retirement in 1974. Zelda was a lifelong resident of New Orleans and relocated to Baton Rouge where she lived for the last several years of her life. Zelda was preceded in death by her parents, Henry L. Eiserloh Sr. and Estelle Sallaz Eiserloh, her brother, Henry L Eiserloh Jr., and her husband Wilbur Richard Reuter. She is survived by her sister in law Joyce G. Eiserloh; nieces and nephews; Arthur J Eiserloh Sr. (Leslie), Gretchen Eiserloh Green (Jack), Lesa Eiserloh Beck (Stephen), Henry L Eiserloh III (Renee), and Anna Eiserloh Best (James). Visitation will be at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 9:00 am to noon, followed by a Funeral Mass Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
