Robert H. Faucheux, Jr.

Robert Herbert Faucheux, Jr., age 80, passed away on November 6, 2023 surrounded by family at East Jefferson Medical Center. He was born in New Orleans to Katherine and Robert “Herb” Faucheux on December 28, 1942.

He is survived by his daughter Jennae Faucheux Ruth and her husband Nathan Ruth and son, Robert C. Faucheux and his wife Julie Lovell Faucheux. He is also survived by his sister Melanie Roemershauser. He is the proud grandfather of Hannah Ruth, Allison Faucheux and Robert Faucheux.

Bob was a devoted husband to his wife, Linda S. Faucheux who preceded him in death five was not a man who needed much in life other than his family and the company of friends. Devoted to his family, he was always a hard worker who ensured they were well cared for over his entire lifetime. He ensured the success of his children and grandchildren in their lives by always encouraging them to simply “do their best”. He will always be remembered as a man whose actions always spoke louder than his words.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 10am. Visitation will begin at 9am. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum, where he will be laid in eternal rest with his wife and parents.
