Peter S. Palmeri III passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Gaye Iris Elizabeth Palmeri for 58 years.
Peter is survived by his son Stephen P. Palmeri.
He is also preceded in death by his son Peter S. Palmeri IV and parents Peter S. Palmeri, Jr. and Louise Crescioni. Peter was a lifelong resident of New Orleans and resided in Hammond since Katrina.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., on Monday, September 12, 2022 beginning at 9:00am followed by a graveside service at 10:00am in Metairie Cemetery.
