Marie Timphony

Marie "Mimi" Orlando Timphony passed away peacefully at home, on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. She was 81. Beloved wife of the late Valentine Louis Timphony. Loving and outrageous mother to: Valla Stewart (Bruce), Nina Faucheux (Paul), Frankie Timphony (Denise). Grandmother to Gina (Byron), Corey, Lauren, Lindsay, Frankie Dean, Joseph, and the late Matthew. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antoinette and Frank Orlando and sister, Antoinette Mussel. The family request that Mimi’s favorite colors of red or purple be worn by those attending the service. Friends and Relatives are invited to attend funeral service being held Saturday, February 26, 2011 at St. Christopher the Martyr Church, 309 Manson Ave., Metairie, LA 70001. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM followed by Mass at 12:00 PM, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
