Judah Reign crossed over on September 20, 2023 at Children's Hospital New Orleans NICU with his loving mother by his side.
Although, only 9 months at the time of his passing, Judah Reign had a significant impact on many. He was a great testament of bravery and resilience despite the fact he faced countless obstacles throughout his NICU journey. Some being 3 major abdominal surgeries, 5 broviac surgeries,a battle with NEC, BPD, intestinal failure, and growth complications were all challenges he did not let steal his joy. Making the best out of the circumstances, Judah Reign and his family celebrated every milestone both big and small.
From the beginning, Judah had a personality and smile that could light up a room. Those wide eyes and joyful smile could brighten up the darkest day. Judah was a very curious baby, who had a genuine love for people. He enjoyed lots of company and people watching. At times he stare out of his room door into the hallway and sing as loud as he could until someone came to join him. He also enjoyed reading/story time, playing peekaboo, getting snuggles, bath time, late night dance parties; when his room would transform to "Club CHNOLA" but most of all, Judah loved watching Elmo while hanging out with his two favorite stuffed animals Spike and Max.
Judah Reign's legacy is one of faith, strength, and hope. He'll be remembered for his infectious smile and his bravery. He is deeply missed by all he encountered and will live on in our hearts.
