Joseph "Lil Harry" Roth, Jr.

Joseph “Lil’ Harry” Roth, Jr. a lifelong resident of Bucktown passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. He was a commercial fisherman and spent his life shrimping and crabbing. To our beloved JoJo family was everything. He spent his days working on his boat, helping his friends, and cooking enough to feed an army. He was a man of deep faith and practiced unconditional love and forgiveness. He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Ball Roth and father Joseph Roth Sr. He is survived by his loving fiancé Donna Lynn. Brother of Brandi Neidlinger (Keith), and Gregory Roth. Father of Kristen Roth Bodker (Michael), Kaitlin Roth (Chris), Nikki Grodsky (Ryan) and his bonus children Rebecca Broussard and David Scarborough (Lacy).

JoJo of Eric, Aubrey, Adeline, Oliver (late), Matthew, Zachary, Keegan, Brodie, Tanleigh, Creed, and Sawyer. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 12:00PM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 9:30AM. The interment will be private.
