Edward A. Babylon

Edward Albert Babylon husband of the late Violette Joann Hebert Babylon passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at the age of 79. Survived by his children, Edward A. Babylon, Jr., Charles L. Babylon, Clyde F. Babylon, Cheryl A. Babylon, and Cecilia K. Surgi (Donald), grandchildren, Sherri Lynn Babylon, Melody Bays, Colin Babylon, great grandchildren, Matthew Perry, Melina Burel. Edward was preceded in death by his parents, Cecilia Nunemacher Babylon and Charles Harold Babylon, a brother, Charles L. Babylon and a sister, Frances Emmons. He was a U. S. Army Korean War Veteran and a Union Insulator and a member of International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers Local 53.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal Street on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 2:00 P.M.
