Dianne Heinsz Ziegler

She is preceded in death by her parents Elwood Heinsz, Sr. and Marie Heinsz.

She is survived by her husband, Louis F. Ziegler, Jr., daughters Brandi Cannizaro (Ross) and Lindsi Roach (Michael), brother Elwood John Heinsz, Jr. (Debi), sisters Suzanne Unger (John) and Judy Smith and grandchildren, Kade Alexander Cannizaro, Collin Michael Roach, Riley Isabella Cannizaro, Shane Louis Roach, Parker Mackenzie Cannizaro and Sloane Marie Roach.

Dianne was a loving wife, mother, sister, friend and especially grandmother. She loved her family more than anything and was so proud of everything they accomplished. She never met a stranger and was there for anyone who needed her. She enjoyed travel especially cruises and you may occasionally find her at a casino or with her second family at Dennis’ Seafood. She was the best cook and loved entertaining. She was taken way too soon and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Funeral Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 2:00pm. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 12:00pm.
