Anna was born on October 3, 1949 in Abbeville, LA to the late Elias and Norma Romero Rouly, Jr. and was an only child to that union.
She and her husband of 52 years owned and operated a fruit orchard in Coteau, LA for many years.
One of her favorite pastimes was watching TV, Hallmark channel and QVC were some of her favorites.
Her love for her family and spending time with them, especially her twin grandsons, truly made her smile and her heart happy.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Daniel J. Romero; one son, Jarret James Romero; one daughter, Mandy Romero Hebert and husband Byron; her twin grandsons, Carson and Hunter Hebert and her special cousins, Peggy Fitch and Lori Johnson.
Funeral services celebrating Anna’s life will be held at Evangeline Funeral Home at 12 Noon on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 with Fr. Ed Degeyter officiating. Following the service, Mrs. Romero will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum in Coteau.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Evangeline Funeral Home on Tuesday, from 8:30 am until time of service.
Members of the family will serve as pallbearers.
