Gail Ann Price

Gail Ann Price, 70, of 470 Burritt Street, New Britain, departed this life, Friday (Jun. 21, 2024) at her home. Gail was the daughter of Cardell and Mary (Foxworth) Davis and was born on April 28, 1954 in Florence, SC. She was the 2nd of three children. She attended New Britain High School, earned a college degree from Greater Hartford Community College and lived in the Greater Hartford area most of her life. Gail worked as an Accountant for Travelers for over 14 years. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, going out to dinner and was always laughing and joking. She is survived by her mother Mary Davis of New Britain, CT; three sons, Trevin (Sara) Price of Middletown, DE, Kyle (Jessica) Price of Bristol, CT and Leon (Sandra) Price of Bristol, CT; one stepson Devon (Natalie) Price of Ellington, CT; a sister, Cardelia Davis of Indiantown, FL; 7 grandchildren: Jessica Otto, Tashai Price, Tamera Price, Leon-Alfonso Price, Kaylee Price, Amaris Price, Arleaux Price; five great-grandchildren: Carter Otto, Chloe Otto, Hailey Otto, Skylar Otto and Amir Johnson; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by great-granddaughter Amelia Grace Johnson; her father, Cordell Davis and her brother Napoleon “Bobby” Eddy.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Monday, July 1, 2024, 9-11am followed by a Homegoing service at Spottswood African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church,25 Crestwood Lane, New Britain CT. 06053
