Marie Rose Billeaudeaux, 86, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2018. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Josephine (Rizzo) and Paul Giorlando. She is preceded in death by her husband, H.D. “Bill” Billeaudeaux and son-in-law, R.K. “Pete” Martin.
Marie Rose is survived by daughter, Denise Martin; sons, Dale (Penny), Brian (Terry), and Gary (Cristy); grandchildren, Renee, Bradley, Colyn, Kyle, Jacob, and Mary; and great-grandchildren, Landon, Mia, and Finlay.
She was a graduate Dominican High School and College in New Orleans, Louisiana. She resided in San Antonio since 1969. As a lifelong teacher, she spent many of those years teaching at Oak Grove Elementary in San Antonio. Teaching was a profession in which she took great pride. Marie Rose had a great devotion to her Catholic faith and family. Her smile and endearing spirit will be remembered by many family and friends.
A private mass will take place at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, along with a celebration of life memorial. Special thanks to Memory Care of New Braunfels.
