Irene Emily Park

Irene Emily Park, 84, of New Braunfels, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2015, at Franklin Park Assisted Living, San Antonio, Texas. She was born to Andres Rivera, Jr. and Bertha Marquez Rivera in Eagle Pass, Texas on April 5, 1930. She is survived by her sister, Bertha Rivera De Llano of Mexico, son, John Michael Park and wife, Katheryn, of San Antonio, daughters, Patricia Park Garcia and Kathleen Park of Oakland, California, Grandson, Thomas Garcia and wife, Valerie of Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Park, her parents, and son, Richard Park.

Public visitation will begin at 4:00 PM on Friday, January 9th, at Zoeller Funeral Home with family present to receive friends from 5:00-9:00 PM. A memorial Rosary will begin at 7:00 PM Friday, January 9, 2015 at Zoeller Funeral Home. A Memorial Mass will also be held 10:30 AM Friday, January 9, 2015 at St. Matthews Catholic Church, 10703 Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, Texas.
