Erik Jason Bell passed away on January 6, 2022 while on the job at Jay Brown Paving Company. He was born on September 10, 1975 in Sunset Maine.
Erik was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Erik is survived by his mother Sharon Morrow; sister Rachelle Bell; sister Cera Freethey; and step father David McDonald.
Erik traveled the world in a yacht in his 20s; he was a truck driver and traveled the United States and saw every beautiful thing in the US in his 30s; in his 40s he moved to San Antonio for work and he loved the heat of the South rather than the cold in Maine.
He met Lesley Young on October 3, 2014 – he loved spending time with her and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles together. They were engaged on June 2, 2019 on a ride to Devil’s Backbone. They never were officially married but loved to ride motorcycles on weekends.
Erik will be greatly missed and always remembered.
