He is survived by his loving children, daughter, Tara Williams of Universal City, TX; son, Charles Sam Hill, Jr.; and daughter, Lynda Hill of Marion; 5 grandchildren, Charity Hill, Erica Hill, Brandy Recio, Clinton Williams, and Tanya Williams; great-grandchildren, Samantha Gibson, Steven Solis, Zoe Solis, Sabastian Solis, Hannah Recio, Mason Recio, and Ethan Olguin. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Anita Hill and second wife, Billie Hill; sons, Henry and Richard; 4 sisters and 3 brothers.

Visitation with the family present to receive friends will begin 1:00 PM Monday at Zoeller Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, May 6, 2019 at Zoeller Funeral Home with Pastor Patrick Melton Officiating. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
