Dear family and friends,

We were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Aunt Carmen last Friday. We would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to all of you during this difficult time.

Aunt Carmen was a remarkable woman, and her warmth, kindness, and generosity will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. The love and memories shared with her will undoubtedly live on in our hearts, providing comfort and solace in the days ahead.

In these challenging times, let us find comfort in the beautiful memories of Aunt Carmen. Her legacy and the impact she had on our lives will help us bridge the void she leaves behind and make us stronger.

To the family of Carmelita
I am unable to attend the funeral service but wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed my friendship with Carmelita these past few years.  She was always a wonderful woman to see on the front pew at the church and I know how much she enjoyed worshiping at NBPC.  Her church was important to her.  When she was at the Elan, I visited her often and enjoyed hearing about all her family and the joys of her life.  Her art with colored pencils were beautiful.  

May God's comfort and peace be with the family at this time and always.  Rejoice in Carmelita's eternal life.

I remember our weekends in Rozenburg. We could do anything we wanted. Nothing was too much. We went there a lot. You and Rudi took care of us, we felt loved. You were kind of my second mum. I appreciate and cherish those moments for ever. You gave us the same love and attention you showed your kids. I will never forget that and I will always love you for that. I hope you found rest. My Dearest Carmelita, Pedro and I were honored to have met you and become friends through the years. You were a very special person to us. You always had a beautiful smile to go with your beautiful self. 
I am so very happy that I visited you last December 2021, not knowing that this was the last time that I would see you.  I will forever treasure those four hours that we spent  with you. Lucky me. 
We know that when you lost Rudy, the love of your life, you practically gave up on life. You wanted to be with him. Now you are. Celebrate in heaven and May God bless you both. 
We will keep you close to our hearts always.
