Stood in the freezing NYC winter weather so Lisa could meet her favorite weather man.

 We were going to make plans for this summer to just get away. We had so many crazy southern cowgirl adventures together over the last twenty five years or so. I loved you my dear dear friend, you will forever have a special place in my heart.

Lisa always said that we couldn’t go to NYC to see the tree in Rockefeller Center without having NYC’s special Starbucks coffee.

You an your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.   

Lisa was my sister.  We were made sister's through Dad's love for us. We should have done better but as anyone knows siblings have their issues - but no matter what we did love each other dearly.  I'm glad she was my sister and just know how much you are loved and missed ❤️❤️

I met Lisa when she was a teenager.   She babysat with my boys many times over her high school years.   Throughout the years, our paths crossed many times.   I was so proud of her accomplishments in the nursing profession. The perfect career for her as she cared for the sick.    Always a giver.   The last time I saw her was years ago, when she was visiting a patient at the same assisted living home my mom stayed.  Although not her patient she stopped in to visit my mom just to make sure she was ok.    Never saw her without a smile.    That teenager grew into a caring and compassionate lady with a heart of gold.   She loved her family with her whole self.      Lisa, I pray you rest in peace as you watch your family and know your job was well done.   Much love to you and your family. The world has lost an extremely loving person. I have lost one of the most loyal friends. I'm sending my prayers to your family Lisa. I'll love you always. Rest in peace and give your mom a hug. God bless. 

Lisa and I grew up just a few houses away from each other.  All the neighbor kids played together until our moms made us come inside. That was the good ole days.  We have ran in to each other thru the years and would catch up.  She was always a sweet person and had a great sense of humor.  I will cherish all of our childhood memories and I am so sad to hear of her passing. Prayers for all of her family.


I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Lisa.  I have known her since 3rd grade.  She always had such a great sense of humor and sarcastic wit.  After high school, when I found out that she went into nursing, I knew she would excel because of her caring nature for people.  I am going to miss her funny Facebook posts and my long time friend.  My prayers are with her and her family.  

My deepest condolences to her family and friends.I worked nights with Lisa awhile back at Croatan and loved her,she was alot of fun to work with and a really sweet lady.She will be missed by many,she made the world a brighter place and was a wonderful nurse.

So very sorry to hear about the passing of Lisa. She was such a wonderful,  beautiful  woman that I had the pleasure of calling friend. We were friends for about 20 years now.  I am simply heartbroken for the family.  I pray for God to comfort you as only he can during this most difficult time.  I love you all.  I love you Lisa. Until we meet again.
