James Belton Wiggins,Jr., 95, of Jasper, died June 4,2016 at his home.Funeral service will be 2pm Tuesday, June 7,2016 at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Martin Cemetery in Jasper. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm at Cotten Funeral Home, Monday, June 6,2016.
He is survived by his wife, Jessie W. Wiggins of Jasper.Arrangements under the direction of Cotten Funeral Home, New Bern, NC.
