George Everett Rouse, 78, of New Bern, NC. went to be with the Lord on April 13th 2018. He is survived by his wife Georgina, two sons George and Joshua, daughter Terri Lynn and grandchildren Staci, Todd, Natalie, his buddy Lil Josh, and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, Wayne (Grace) and Jerry (Debbie). George was the son of Walter Hubert and Grace Mae Rouse. He retired from NADAP, Cherry Point, NC. George loved his family, especially his grandchildren, his cars, and NASCAR. He was a Mason as well as a Shriner. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
A visitation for George will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cotten Funeral Home, 2201 Neuse Blvd., New Bern, NC 28560. Services will be held on Wednesday, April 18th at Cotten Funeral Home at 1 pm, to be followed by a burial at New Bern Memorial cemetery.
