She was born to Harold and Ruby Jean Stephens on June 26th, 1962, in Fort Jackson, SC. After graduating from high school, she married her high school sweetheart, Richard Maher. Together they had 3 children, whom she loved dearly.
She is survived by her husband Rich, children, Bridgette, Melissa, Brad, and Crystal; 5 grandchildren, Mary, Jacob, Ruben, Julia, and Penelope and her sister Sandra Stephens.
Ambra loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family. She was an avid outdoorsman and spent countless hours in her garden. Her happy place was down a dirt road or “lost” somewhere in the woods.
She always put others before herself and would never complain, but most importantly she loved the Lord. She is celebrating with family and friends in Heaven that preceded her.
A memorial service will be held at Bridgeton Methodist Church on Saturday May 6th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with Dave Brosnan officiating. Light refreshments to follow in the fellowship hall.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.cottenfuneralhome.com for the Maher family.
