Shawn R. Rodrigues

Born in New Bedford, the son of Tony and Ana M. (Costa) Rodrigues, he had resided in Acushnet for the past 28 years.

He had worked in the fields of construction, car dealership and landscaping. He worked hard and exceeded in all he did.

Shawn’s world revolved around his family who he loved immensely. He was so proud of being an Uncle to his niece and nephew, they were his pride and joy. He loved spending time with his parents, sister, brother in law, niece and nephew whom he adored. He was a Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved his dog Macho, dancing, making others laugh and showing off his pristine style. He cherished his childhood memories. He was best known by his closest friends as Roddy. He was caring, understanding and loved deeply. He holds a special place in so many hearts. Surviving in addition to his parents is his sister, Rachel Sanchez and her spouse Rene of New Bedford; his niece, Juliana Sanchez; and his nephew, Elijah Sanchez.
