Mabel Pelletier

Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Joseph C. and Marie Alma (Collette) Chase. She spent her youth in Canada, moving back to the US in her early 20s, while spending her winters in Florida.

She was the owner and operator of Pelletier Realty for many years before retiring.

Mabel enjoyed doing needle point and gardening. She was an avid tennis player for almost thirty years and was a member of the French Cotillion.

She is survived by her daughter, Norma Beaudry and her husband Earl Dalrymple of Buzzards Bay; two grandchildren, Nichole Beaudry of St. Augustine, Florida and Daniel Beaudry and his wife Michelle of Canada and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral mass Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 9AM in St. Mary’s Church, Tarkiln Hill Rd., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours, Tuesday 5-8 PM in the ROCK Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.
