Craig W. Olejarz

Craig W. Olejarz, 53, of New Bedford, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 13, 2024 due to a heart attack at Wachusett Mountain. He would have celebrated his 54th birthday on December 16, 2024.

Born in New Bedford and a lifelong resident, he was the son of Alan Olejarz, Sr. and Helen (Poirier) Olejarz.

Craig had worked as a delivery driver for Plumbers Supply Co.

Craig enjoyed many outdoor activities including snowboarding, fishing, bike riding and shooting at the range. He loved spending time with his family, especially his brother, Alan.

Surviving in addition to his parents is a daughter, Cassaundra Jones; his brother, Alan Olejarz, Jr.; his grandsons, Ariav and Samuel Furtado; his cousins, Mark DaCosta and wife Bonnie and their children Robert and Emma DaCosta, Karen DaCosta and her sons, Jared Lagasse and Layne Lagasse; and his niece, Melissa Olejarz and companion Brendan Riley and their children Brayden Riley and Madison Riley; cousins, Douglas Olejarz and family, Adam Olejarz and family, and Christopher Olejarz and family.
