Randy Pendleton, age 63, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Randy was born in New Albany, Indiana on May 1, 1961 to the late Russell and Rhoda Mae Pendleton. He was a longtime employee of KPG in Sellersburg and was an avid golfer. Along with his parents, Randy was preceded in death by siblings Butch Combs, Jeanie McDaniel, Burma Coomer, Brenda Reed, and Bev Pendleton.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Pendleton; son, Jeremy Pendleton (Briana, and her son, Colt); brothers, Danny Pendleton (Tish) and Larry Pendleton; brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, John & Tina Thornsberry, Frank & Crystal Thornsberry, Ellie Dreyer, and Geneva Wernert; grandchildren, Ben Pendleton and Jacob Rose Pendleton (mother of Ben and Jacob Rose, Athena Bramer); numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Randy will be held Monday, October 7, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home chapel.
Randy will be laid to rest in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
The family requests donations in Randy's memory to go to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
