Mary E. Ferguson

Mary E. Ferguson, age 91, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on January 24, 2024. She was born on April 7, 1932, to the late Delmar and Mary (Bridges) Kinslow. She was married to the love of her life, the late Carl Ferguson, and together they would start a family. Mary retired from Phillip Morris International after many years of service.

Mary was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. In Mary’s spare time, she enjoyed walking, and watching the “Price Is Right” and the “Wheel of Fortune”. She was an avid fan of “IU” basketball and the Cincinnati Reds. Last but not least, Mary was a woman of faith and was a long-time member of the Floyds Knobs Christian Church.

Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Jerry Ferguson, and her siblings.

She leaves behind her children, William Ferguson, Doug Ferguson (Morika), Jim Perry (Carolyn), Carla Robinson, Tony Ferguson (Lindsey), Jane Lamb (Doug), and John Ferguson; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, donations in Mary’s memory may be made to the Floyds Knobs Christian Church 3838 Paoli Pike, Floyds Knobs, Indiana.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 29, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Mary will be laid to rest in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
