Kenneth Richard "Dick" Bishop

Kenneth Richard “Dick” Bishop, 80, died Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. He was born December 2, 1932 in Indianapolis to the late Andrew Jackson and Bertha (Goodin) Bishop. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Edward Bishop; sister, Eunice Reichle; and half-brothers, Bud, Eugene, Joseph and Robert Macy. He was a member of First Church of God in New Albany, a graduate of Arsenal Tech, and worked in the printing industry for over 50 years, spending over 30 years at Studio Press before retiring from International Paper. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Survivors include: Wife: Mary Ann Bishop Sons: Michael Bishop (Constance) Douglas Bishop (Jennifer) Daughter: Kathy Jankowski (Charles) Grandchildren: Jordan (Jennifer), Jared, Jennah, Katie, and Peyton Bishop Brother: Donald Bishop Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home chapel with private entombment to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
