Ida P. Klein

Ida Klein, 82, of Byhalia, Mississippi formerly of New Albany, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 18, 2022 with her family around her. Ida was born September 17, 1939 in White Cloud, Indiana to the late George and Edna Lynch. Ida loved her family and would do anything for anyone that needed help. She loved her grandkids and yelling BINGO. She loved family reunions and her son-in-laws ribs. Ida had a love for music and she especially loved Alan Jackson. She loved having cookouts with her neighbors (Ricky and Sallie Losch) and being on Ricky patrol.

Ida is preceded in death by her loving husband Leo of 61 years; a grandson, Shamar Bush; and two daughters, Sharon Kern and Cyndi Morgan.

Ida leaves behind four daughters, Shirley Tidwell (Mark), Pam Dauby (Leo), Brenda Miller and Jennifer Jantzen (Mark); a son-in-law, Rob Morgan; one sister, Brittie Kilroy (John); 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; a special niece, Danetta Harraway and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Ida will be held Monday, July 25, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150.

A private family service will be held at the funeral home with burial in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
