Dan K. Jenkins

Dan K. Jenkins, 80 years of age passed away February 9, 2019 in Jeffersonville, IN. He was born September 26, 1938 in Weakley County, TN to the late Fred and Annie Jenkins and was a retired salesman from Sears and Roebuck Co after 31 years of employment. Dan was a longtime member of Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany, and Gideons International. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Marion Milton and Sarah Bobbie. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Elaine (Young ) Jenkins, sons; Mark Jenkins and his wife Rebecca and David Jenkins and his wife Carole, grandchildren; Kayla, Freddie and Vinnie Jenkins, sister; Martha Childs, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday and after 10:00 am Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd., New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday in the Kraft Funeral Chapel with graveside service to follow at Abundant Life Cemetery in New Albany, Indiana.
