Born August 9, 1923 in Maury County, Tennessee, passed away March 31, 2020 at Reflections Memory Care Franklin TN. Preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Albert and Lilly Pearl Stephens Mosley of Williamson County. She was a loving and devoted wife to the late Noah Eckle “N. E.” Hooven lll (1942-1993) and the late Thomas Marion Hamlett (2000 -2005). A devoted mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family having been preceded in death by her six (6) siblings. Two (2) brothers; Samuel Albert Mosley Jr. (1929) and Robert “Bob” Stephens Mosley, Sr. (1997). Four (4) sisters; Lillian Alberta Burton (2009) Eva Irene Mosley (1993), Lula Rebecca Graham Ferris (2012), Frances “Frankie” Lourine Graham (2005) and son-in-law James Franklin Collings (2012). Survived by daughter Virginia Rose Hooven Collings of Franklin, TN and son David Craig (Anna Post) Hooven of Donelson, TN. Three grandchildren, Steven Hooven, Jeffrey (Lori) Hooven, Heather (Craig) Collings Renfroe. Eight (8) Great-grandchildren Jack, Mallie, Caroline, Alexis, Mosley, Juniper, Hatcher, Ellie and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Family and friends meant the world to her. A member of the Donelson Heights United Methodist Church. Her talents were great as a homemaker, seamstress, church and community volunteer. A member of the Music City Quilters and Hobby Greenhouse Garden Club. She loved Jesus Christ Her Savior, her family and life.
